1994 Ferrari 512TR - 39.000 miles only
A very late example of the very capable 512TR - the TR was in essence a completely re-engineered Testarossa, and introduced in 1992 at the Los Angeles Motor Show
Weight distribution was adjusted with a bias further to the front end, the 4.9 litre Colombo designed flat 12 cylinder engine, with 4 valves per cylinder and dry sump lubrication now gave more power (428bhp) and delivered torque (362 ft/lb) through a flatter torque curve
Top speed (195mph) and acceleration (0 - 60 = 4.9 seconds) were both improved as well as overall flexibility
Only 50 RHD cars were officially imported into the UK and this, as evidenced by the Ferrari Classiche Certificate, is one of them with just 39.000 miles since new
Complete with original tool kit in the correct leather hold all and the complete book pack, again in the original leather wallet, this is a correct and delightful example which starts, warms up and drives just as one would hope
The service voucher booklet is fully stamped, there are nearly all old MoT certificates and the cam belts were last changed at 37.500 miles in 2012
Completely delightful and far more useable than those 12 cylinder Ferrari's with a stack of Weber carburettors why not grab a bargain whilst you still can......
