2010 Rolls-Royce Phantom Coupe LHD - 21.000 miles only
These Coupes are the best - a V12 engine which could be mistaken for being completely silent and yet pushes out 460bhp and so much torque that the mid range acceleration is mind boggling
When BMW started to created the New Phantom in 1999, they took their task very seriously and looked at the history of the marque, spoke with owners, collectors, dealers and the RREC too, to truly understand what they had to create as a new model series
Led my Karl Heinz Kalbfell who had previously been in charge of BMW F1 he built a great team around him - he was a very strong character and perfect for the roll of Project Manager
Director of his design team was Ian Cameron, a highly intellectual yet modest man
Ian set up his design studio just of off Hyde Park, in what previously was a Bank (he actually tried to buy our showrooms for his studio before we moved in here, and he often pops in to say hello)
Ian and his young team quickly rolled up their sleeves and began to create the first new Phantom for over 40 years
And what a magnificent job they did
The new generation of Phantom's were a huge success, and were highly acclaimed by the motoring press, dealers and most importantly the customer's
Once again Rolls-Royce Motor Cars produced the pinnacle of luxury in motoring
Ian retired from Rolls-Royce in 2012 after securing the foundations of the new brand
During his tenure he launched the Phantom Saloon, Drop Head and Coupe plus the new Ghost and the Wraith both Coupe and Drop Head variants
The most recent Rolls-Royce's are a bit more bling than he would have created - but that's another story
Our beautiful example was delivered through Germany and thereafter was registered here in the UK
Finished in the most attractive sable pearl metallic with parchment hide interior with burgundy accents
Of course the starlight headlining is the most stunning feature of the interior in the evening whilst the list of features is almost too long to list
A couple of specific features to note are the brushed aluminium windscreen surround, bonnet and grill surround too, the 21" star wheels and the exposed rear exhaust pipes
The original book pack sits in the door pocket and the servicing has been carried out by Rolls-Royce as evidenced by the stamps in the book
A much loved example which sits in a stable of mostly other Rolls-Royce's and Bentley from all periods and a few Ferrari's too
A much loved example and presented in the best possible order
Available to view now in our Kensington showrooms
