2001 Range Rover Vogue HSE - Holland & Holland
These late P38's are really fabulous cars and the Holland & Holland, to me, is the ultimate edition
All were built by Land Rover Special Vehicles who collaborated with the famous London gunmaker Holland & Holland to determine the final specification of what was intended as the ultimate 'country' Range Rover
To ensure a fabulous, almost Rolls-Royce quality of build, the craftsmen at LRSV spent over thirty hours finishing these vehicles off
All were painted in a specially formulated colour, Tintern Green, the wheels were specially colour coded and the interior was finished in dark tan with light tan piping
Door cards and armrests have a special finish to the leather sides, much like that of some Vuitton Cases or Handbags - difficult to explain but you'll know if you see it - and all of the specially finished wood veneers were finished in a style to replicate the stock of a Holland & Holland shot gun with inlays to the door cappings replicating their iconic acanthus scroll engraving - truly specific detailing and almost unheard of attention to detail when these vehicles were launched
There are picnic tables, satellite navigation, colour coded bumpers, electric glass sunroof a load liner and also Holland & Holland specific dark tan sheeting to the trunk area
A total of only 400 Holland & Hollands were built - 300 of these were destined for the North American market leaving just 100 UK market examples all priced at £63.500 - half as much again as a standard 4.6 Vogue HSE
Our lovely example has had only 3 owners and covered just 63.000 miles
Complete with original features, a full service history, all books and papers plus both keys
She is in mint condition - our Rolls-Royce trained veneers man is refinishing all wooden features - and our factory trained technicians have just carried out a major service to include all oils (differentials, gearbox and engine etc)
The suspension system is all working to correct specification and lowers and raises itself at the touch of the button
A very fine motorcar and bound to attract much enthusiasm over the coming years as values rise on a consistent basis
